Access requirements
As illustrated in the pictures our trucks have excellent reach (up to 6 metres) but not all jobs have easy access to allow a straight pour in the footing, slab etc.
When required we are happy to arrange concrete pumps or pour directly into dumpers. All our trucks are equipped with two wheelbarrows that customers are able to use free of charge.
Our Fleet
Our fleet consists of four Scania and two Mercedes trucks with Cementech mixers. We can carry up to 8.5m³ per load and have up to 6 metres reach from the back of the truck.
Our lorries are 10 metres long, 2.5 metres wide and 4 metres high. They will need a reasonably smooth and firm surface to approach the drop point.

Yes – this is one of the main advantages of volumetric concrete. Because we mix on-site, our operators can tweak the mix, strength, or workability in real time. Concrete sets relatively quickly, but full curing takes longer. Light foot traffic is usually fine after 24–48 hours, while heavier structural loads should be left for at least 7 days. Full design strength is typically reached after around 28 days, so make sure you plan curing time into your build schedule.
Absolutely. We have no minimum order charges, making us ideal for smaller jobs such as shed bases, garden patios, paths, or fence post foundations. Our volumetric trucks mix the concrete on-site, ensuring you get the exact amount needed with no waste – the same quality as our larger commercial projects.
Light rain usually isn’t a problem, but heavy rain can affect the water-to-cement ratio if not managed properly. Our experienced drivers can adjust the mix on-site to maintain strength and durability.
